Refund & Exchange Policy

Please find below our company conditions and policies pertaining to the return or exchanging of merchandise:

	We can only provide return or exchanges for merchandise that was purchased from DanielsDesigns.org.
	Return and exchanges can only be made within 30 days from the purchase date.
	Custom orders can not be refunded or exchanged.
	For a full refund, we require merchandise be returned in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received, with the original or copy of purchase receipt with the appropriate information filled out in the Refund area of the receipt.
	For exchange we require the merchandise with the original or copy of purchase receipt with the appropriate information filled out in the Exchange area of the receipt.
	Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
	Refunds are normally processed within 24-48 hours from when returned merchandise is received.
	After processing the refund or return, you will receive an email confirming receipt/acknowledgement and the action being taken.
