How does Therma-Pak work?

Flexing the disc inside the pad causes the clear liquid to change into its crystalline state. This friction created by this change causes the pad to generate consistent heat at a safe temperature of 130 degrees F within seconds of activation.

The pads will stay hot for thirty minutes up to two hours depending on the size of the pad and its insulation (belt/wrap). The pads will slowly cool to room temperature.

To recharge the pads just boil for approximately 10 minutes.

Recharge the pads within 48 hours of use. DO NOT MICROWAVE.
